MMHW DBT
Our DBT program is a comprehensive treatment that includes:
Our DBT services are unique in that our DBT team is comprised of intensively trained DBT psychologists and an expert DBT psychiatrist. Our extensive DBT experience has allowed us to create a program that honors the traditional DBT team with an added level of interdisciplinary consultation that other programs are not able to offer.
Throughout our experiences in DBT, we have discovered restrictions that can exclude clients interested in DBT from participating in the treatment. Rather than letting clients in need of DBT slip through the cracks, MMHW does their best to create a middle path. In addition to DBT Skills Group Training, MMHW offers individual and family skills training programs. This allows us to adhere to core DBT principles while providing a modern version of this time-tested treatment.
