Yoga
We offer yoga in private and small group settings. Sessions may consist of a combination of yoga and meditation practices including:
Guided Meditation – helps to relax the mind and quiet our thoughts
Guided Breathing Exercises (“pranayama”) – learn proper breathing techniques to relieve anxiety
Restorative Yoga – restorative yoga poses help us to relax and rest deeply and completely
Gentle Vinyasa Flow – move your body to relieve your mind of stress with asanas
Yoga Philosophy Discussions – help to understand and apply the ancient yoga principles in our daily lives
We host consultation sessions with all clients interested in yoga services to help create an individualized plan that addresses the specific goals of each person.
