Laura Stagliano, MS, RD, CDN

Laura Stagliano, MS, RD, CDN received her bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and earned her masters degree from New York University. Laura completed her 1400 hour intensive nutrition internship through ARAMARK’s Mid-Atlantic dietetic program in Philadelphia, PA. She is a member of the Behavioral Health Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group within the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Laura currently works at the Renfrew Center of New York as the clinical nutritionist for the Intensive Outpatient Program. She provides individual and group nutrition counseling to adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders. Laura also provides family nutrition counseling and meal support therapy.

In addition to her work in eating disorders, Laura holds certifications in Adult Weight Management and Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management. She previously worked as a clinical dietitian at the Lahey Clinical Medical Center in Burlington, MA, working with patients with cardiovascular disease, oncology, gastrointestinal disease/illness, and food allergies/intolerances.

Laura strives to individualize nutrition therapy to best meet client needs. Laura believes in the philosophy of mindful and intuitive eating as a way to sustain a long-term healthful relationship with food.
